Hunt Architects is seeking a Marketing and Submissions Coordinator to join a leading Architect, Interior Design and Masterplanning practice In our growing Melbourne Studio. This is a part-time role offering 15–20 hours per week with flexibility in working hours and seasonal workload to suit the right candidate. The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience, a passion for producing high-quality submissions, and a proven track record of successfully managing bids and tenders. The studio is committed to delivering exceptional designs with a creative and strategic approach. This is an opportunity to work with our national submissions and marketing team and lead the submission process across a diverse portfolio of public and private sector projects.

Skills and Experience Criteria:

• You will be a driven and passionate professional
• Preference for Architecturally qualified or Construction Industry experience, with a strong understanding of the design and delivery of projects within Australia.
• 5+ years of experience in submissions management within the Australian market.
• Proven ability to manage the end-to-end tender process and deliver compelling, high-quality submissions.
• Strong technical skills
• Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign essential), and bid management tools
• A focus on detail and quality
• Outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, well-crafted documents.
• Ability to ensure compliance with tender requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborative and strategic
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams.
• A strategic thinker who can align bid responses with client expectations and organizational goals.
