Backing Our People Through Parenthood
As our first team member begins parental leave under the Hunt Architects policy, we’re proud to see this commitment in action. When we introduced our Parental Leave Policy, our intention was simple: to genuinely support our people, giving families the practical support they need to focus on what matters most.
Beyond leave itself, the policy is designed to support the full journey – from pregnancy through to returning to work. We offer flexibility and adjustments to ensure a safe and supportive environment, provide keeping-in-touch days to help ease the transition back into the studio, and work alongside government schemes so our team can confidently understand and access their entitlements.
