Designed by our team at Hunt Architects, this facility captures the essence of its coastal surroundings, drawing inspiration from the charming finger wharves and adopting a vibrant colour palette reminiscent of traditional beach changing huts. The architectural design of Aegis Shoreline seamlessly integrates functionality with aesthetics. Addressing the unique challenges posed by its proximity to both the coastal climate and nearby freight rail lines.
Through structural and cladding solutions, this strategy offers exceptional vibration and acoustic isolation. Differing use of colour distinguishes it from neighbouring developments, while the careful planning and positioning of the building make the most of the stunning panoramic views over Cockburn Sound.
Residents are treated to a modern and inviting lifestyle, surrounded by state-of-the-art amenities designed for their well-being and enjoyment. Spread across three levels, the facility boasts 234 well-appointed bedrooms, as well as a range of fantastic features, including in-house cinemas, beauty salon, hydrotherapy, and activity areas.
