Collaboration and Progress for the Boya Community

Boya Oval Community Hub & Library

The notable architectural feature of the Boya Oval Community Hub lies is the singular, unifying skillion roof form which encapsulates all functional spaces which provides a cohesive aesthetic. Window reveals which vibrant colour insets create a point of difference and interest. Overlooking the sports oval, this design enhances the connection with the natural surroundings, creating a harmony between modern infrastructure and the picturesque Perth Hills.

The Shire of Mundaring, Hunt Architects and Badge Construction simultaneously worked together to ensure that the existing tennis pavilion, courts, change rooms, and oval remained operational throughout the construction period. The success of the Boya Community Hub project exemplifies how thoughtful planning and community collaboration can result in a great, diverse space that meets the diverse needs of residents.
