What interests you the most about our industry/field?
“The effect of architecture influencing a community and history of a place. Quality architecture has an influence in so many aspects of human life from popular culture all the way to national identity.”
What is an industry topic that interests you at the moment?
“Given the current state of the built industry, I’m particularly interested in adaptive reuse projects. My focus is on retrofitting existing buildings, recognising the embodied energy they already contain. There’s exciting potential to repurpose aging structures, which is crucial in reducing the built environment’s impact on the climate crisis.”
