Last week, we had the privilege of hosting over 150 industry partners, clients, and collaborators to celebrate the opening of our new Perth Studio. Thank you to everyone who joined us – it was a fantastic evening of fine food, paired with Western Australian wine and great conversation. The official studio launch marks the next chapter of Hunt Architects is located within the iconic Commonwealth Bank Building in Perth City. We’re grateful to share this milestone with the industry that built us.
Mark Young, Hunt Architects Director & Managing Principal, began official proceedings by an Acknowledgement of Country, recognising the Whadjuk People of the Noongar Nation, the Traditional Custodians of the land on which our Perth studio stands.
“We sought to create a space that not only inspires creative thinking, but represents who we are. The vibrant, monochromatic meeting spaces are inspired by the lands in which we work, representing Country | Boodjar, River | Bilya, Bush | Marlak and Path | Bidi, and have been named in collaboration with the Noongar Boodjar Language Cultural Aboriginal Corporation.“
